Most new construction requires much more care and additional time then normal window cleaning. Removal of paint & other debris is available and does incur additional charges.

We are qualified & equipped to provide these services for you. All new glass will be inspected for damage prior to cleaning and we may refuse to clean or require a release form due to pre-existing damage & fabrication problems with tempered glass
